Meet with you to discuss your dreams for your new home. Talking about needs, budget and vision.
Design sign off - meet with you to go through the final design from the architect before submission to council.
Colour selection discussed and submission to council.
The construction process. This entails council building inspections and sending you regular updates and photos of your dream home.
The internal fit-out stage - kitchen, bathroom, plumbing and electrical.
Delivery to site and handover.

Option One

5% Deposit on signing of contract
30% Once consent to build has been issued & prior to commencing work
40% Payable at lockup stage
20% payable prior to final fit off
10% Payable before leaving the yard, on practical completion - all contracted works completed
